Water Filter Canada cancellation policy

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange it for any other product of your choice. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To cancel an order, you must send us a registered letter within 10 days of placing the order. All orders must be pre-paid. In the case of a water or air purifier, a restocking fee may be applied.

Cookware orders can take one to two weeks for delivery.

China, crystal and Sterless orders should take about one week for delivery if in stock. If some pieces, or the set is back ordered or out of stock, it can take as long as six months to acquire the pieces or have them made with the factory.
