Each piece of cutlery is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchase.* If any piece of cutlery has a defect, BelKraft International will repair or replace it free of charge for life.*
BelKraft knives will remain sharp for many years if cared for properly. But after extended use, they may need to be factory sharpened. In addition to sharpening the edges, our craftsmen will clean and polish the handle. This service is free of charge however there will be a nominal shipping/handling fee.
Note: Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for
the servicing and return of your cutlery and be sure to safely pack your cutlery
for shipping.
